Star Test in Swimming

The “Star Tests” for swimming are assessments established by the Egyptian Swimming Federation, intended to qualify young swimmers for competitive swimming. These tests comprise three evaluations that focus on teaching and training young swimmers in the correct technical skills for the four competitive swimming styles. The program allows beginners to attempt the tests multiple times to progressively improve their skills.
